Free Trial Periods
When you sign up for a free trial with Locamundo, we ask for your payment details upfront. This helps facilitate a seamless transition from a trial to a full account, should you decide to continue enjoying our services. However, we understand commitments can change. If you decide that you do not wish to continue with Locamundo after the trial period, it's crucial to cancel the subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged. As part of our commitment to transparency, our payment system sends out reminders before any charges are made, giving you ample notice to make any necessary changes to your subscription status.
Search Accounts
For our Search Accounts, transactions are completed as one-time payments using your credit or debit card. This means there's no ongoing subscription – just a simple, single transaction each time you use the service. However, kindly note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the service if you decide to cancel your account.
At Locamundo, we are excited to offer location professionals and owners the opportunity to subscribe to our services for a minimum term of one month. We understand flexibility is key, and therefore, you are welcome to cancel your subscription at any time. Please note, however, that we are unable to issue refunds for any periods that have already been paid.
Should there be an issue completing payment for your account, there's no need to be concerned. We will automatically place your account on hold, ensuring your valuable locations remain secure within our database until you decide to resume your subscription. This ensures you can access your locations whenever you are ready to continue your journey with us.
To terminate your subscription, simply reach out to us by sending an email to info@locamundo.com or you may initiate the cancellation directly from your account pages.
In the event that you reconsider your decision, we will retain your locations and account information in the Locamundo database for one year. This gives you the flexibility to return to us within this timeframe. Should there be no action from your side after one year, your account and all related information will be respectfully and permanently deleted from our system.
Cancellation Policy
You are welcome to cancel your subscription with Locamundo at any time. To do so, you can simply send an email to info@locamundo.com or initiate the cancellation directly from your account pages. However, please note that we do not issue refunds for any remaining time left on your subscription once it has been paid. This approach helps us maintain the uninterrupted, high-quality services you expect from us.
Refund Policy
At Locamundo, we value our customers' commitment and consistently strive to offer the best service possible. It is important to recognize that once a payment for our service is made, initiating a new subscription period, no refunds will be issued if you choose to terminate your account before the current subscription term concludes. This implies that no refunds for unused time will be granted.

Image Relevance and Integrity
- Relevant Content Only: When uploading, ensure that images are directly related to the location. Avoid uploading unrelated contents such as castings, animals, family pictures, logos, announcements, or any other non-location specific images. Uploading such unrelated content may lead to the immediate blocking of your account.
